为研究工伤保险赔偿对心理创伤的作用，明晰两者的关联性，基于心理创伤及工伤概念，提出工伤心理创伤的定义及内涵，并分类。通过分析工伤心理创伤所涉及的结构层次及作用关系，构建工伤心理创伤体系；结合定滑轮力学特性，建立工伤保险赔偿与心理创伤的定滑轮关联模型，划分作用区间，并进行力学分析。研究结果表明，定滑轮关联模型能形象地展示工伤保险赔偿对心理创伤的作用，可用于预测心理创伤的变化趋势，定位心理创伤区间，增强工伤保险赔偿对心理创伤的补偿作用。
英文摘要：
In order to study the effect of industrial injury insurance indemnity on psychological trauma and find the correlation between them, a definition and theoretical basis of industrial injury psychological trauma were put forward based on the concepts of psychological trauma and industrial injury. Then psychological traumas were classified. Based on analysis of structural hierarchy and action relation involved in psychological trauma, an industrial injury psychological trauma system was constructed ,and combined with the mechanical feature of fixed pulley, a ＂fixed pulley＂ correlation model of the industrial injury insurance indemnification and psychological trauma was established, the function intervals were divided, and the similar mechanical analysis for the model was explained. The results show that the effect of industrial injury insurance indemnity on psychological trauma was vividly described by the model,and that it can be used to predict changing trends of psychological trauma locate trauma intervals and improve the compensate function of industrial injury insurance to psychological trauma.
