为完善安全理论模型构建方法论体系，论述安全理论模型的定义、内涵与结构等基础问题，并提炼安全建模方法论理论基础和构建原则。从系统粒度、安全科学原理研究路径与模型表达形式抽象程度3维度厘清安全理论模型的研究取向，并构建安全理论模型体系空间。提炼安全理论模型构建的一般方法，从已知与未知2个视角探析安全理论建模步骤。基于此，建立安全模型构建方法论的范式体系。
英文摘要：
To perfect the methodology system of safety theoretical model construction, the basic attributes of safety theoretical models were analyzed, and the methodology theoretical basis and construction principles were refined. Based on this, the research orientation of safety theoretical model was clarified from three dimensions, which are system size, research path of safety science principles, abstraction level of model expression forms, and thus, the system space of safety theoretical models was constructed. The general methods were analyzed, and the construction steps were given from known safety model and unknown safety model, on this basis, a paradigm system was put forward for the methodology. The research results show that the hierarchical thinking of safety model construction was systematized.
