心理学与安全生产有重要的关联性。基于安全科学原理体系现有研究成果及安全心理学研究背景,定义了安全心理学原理,并阐述了安全心理学原理的特征及其研究内容;归纳了安全心理学原理下属的6条基础原理——事故频发倾向原理、安全心理激励原理、心理阈值有限原理、安全认知原理、安全个性心理原理和安全生理心理原理,并论述了这6条原理的内涵及机理,对于部分原理进一步给出了其下属原理的研究思路;在构建安全心理学原理枝叶形体系的基础上,整理了安全心理学原理体系的应用机理,以及这6条原理在体系中各自的功能和地位;最后论述了这6条原理在安全工程实践中的意义。研究表明,该安全心理学原理体系对人员部署、制度规划、安全管理等安全生产层面有积极的影响。
This paper is aimed to making an exploration of the principle of the safety psychology and its system involved,in addition to its practical applications in the actual engineering projects,or any other related fields with higher risk-prone specific fields.As a matter of fact,the safety psychology is closely related with the safety production,which makes it necessary to take it as a sound basis on the currently existing research results of safety science principles and the research background for the safety psychology.Therefore,to achieve the study purpose,what we want to do primarily is to define the principle of safety psychology and then describe the main features and discuss the principle of safety psychology in a more detailed way.As we know,the safety psychology as a branch of engineering science can be illustrated and summed up in the following six basic branches:the principle of the accident-prone tendencies,the safety psychological motivation principle,the limited psychological threshold principle,the safety identifying and observation principle,the psychological principles for the society and the members of the society to follow as the safety biopsychic principles.And,next,it would be necessary to discuss and analyze the implication and connotation of the aforementioned six principles,in addition to some of the principal concepts and affiliated ideas.It is just on the basis of formulating the subsequent principles of the safety psychology that would make us possible to work out and divide the systems of safety psychology into their respective functions and status quo of the 6 areas in the system.And,last of all,we would like to make a discussion and analysis of the significance of the said 6 principles in engineering practice in terms of the safety management,the occupational health and safety ergonomics,What is more,the said 6 principles are actually both independent of each other and interdependent on each other,for the information and messages from the outside environment are to be necessarily proces
