通过水培实验,研究了不同Cd浓度(0、0.1、0.5、1、2和5 mg/L)胁迫对万寿菊生长及生理生化指标的影响。研究表明,低浓度Cd(〈0.5 mg/L)胁迫下,万寿菊的生长未受到显著影响,说明万寿菊对低浓度Cd有一定的耐性。而Cd浓度超过0.5 mg/L时,万寿菊的相对生长速率较对照明显降低(P〈0.05),最高可降低43%(5 mg/L时)。当Cd浓度为1 mg/L以上时,叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著降低,硝酸还原酶活性也随之下降,说明高浓度Cd对万寿菊的各项生理生化指标已经产生影响。2 mg/L的Cd可使万寿菊叶片中丙二醛浓度、超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(p〈0.05),分别比对照高出112%和37%,而Cd浓度继续升高(5 mg/L)时,包括丙二醛浓度、超氧化物歧化酶活性在内的各项生理指标均有所降低,万寿菊明显受害。
A hydroponic experiment was carried out to study the effect of different concentrations(0,0.1,0.5,1,2 and 5 mg/L)of Cd on the the growth and physiological characteristics of Tagetes erecta L.The results showed that the growth of Tagetes erecta L.was unaffected when the concentration of Cd was below 0.5 mg/L,indicating that Tagetes erecta L.had certain resistance against low concentration of Cd.When the concentration of Cd was above 0.5 mg/L,the relative growth rate(RGR) of Tagetes erecta L.significantly decreased as compared with control,which can decrease by 43%.The leaf chlorophyll and soluble protein content of Tagetes erecta L.obviously decreased when the concentration of Cd exceeded 1 mg/L,the nitrate reductase activity also decreased.When the concentration of Cd reached to 2 mg/L,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity increased significantly(P0.05)by 112% and 37%,respectively.With the increasing Cd concentration,all the indexes detected decreased.
