为测定中国林蛙的血液生理生化指标,实验选取冬眠期中国林蛙,对其血液生理、生化指标进行了测定.其中,用全自动血液细胞分析仪和全自动生化分析仪测定了血液的生理生化指标,以及红细胞脆性的测定,并对其测定结果进行了t检验.结果显示,中国林蛙血液生理、生化指标中直接胆红素(D-Bil)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CREA-J),雌雄间差异不显著(P>0.05),三酰甘油(TG)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),雌雄间差异显著(P<0.05),肌酸激酶(CK)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(T-Bil)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、葡萄糖(GLU)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、磷(P)、尿素(UREA),雌雄间差异极显著(P<0.01),生理指标中红细胞(RBC),白细胞(WBC),血小板(PLT)数目均差异不显著.从测定结果可以看出,中国林蛙雌雄间血液生理、生化值差异较大;冬眠期林蛙血液红细胞开始溶血的浓度为0.25%,完全溶血的浓度为0.15%,即其红细胞的最小抗力为0.25%,最大抗力为0.15%。
To determine the physiological and biochemical indexes of rana chensinensis blood, the experiment selected the rana chensinensis in hibernation and determined their physiological and biochemical indexes of blood. Among which,used fully automatic blood cell analysis instrument and fully automatic biochemical analysis instrument to determine the physiological and biochemical indexesof blood and RBC brittleness, and did T test to the determination results.
