By using the research methods, such as literature data and field survey, this paper carried out the investigation and analysis of the sports facilities in part of new residential community of Nanchang city, found out the main factors affecting the community sports facilities, and put forward corresponding methods and countermeasures, to provide reference for the relevant government departments formulating community sports development policy.
