男性会阴部解剖结构复杂,病变多种多样,对其相关疾病的诊断一直首选X线、CT和磁共振成像(MRI)等传统的影像学检查方法。高频超声具有无创、价廉、可重复性好、实时动态观察等优势,能够清晰显示男性会阴部的肌肉、肌腱、韧带、神经及血管的正常解剖声像图及相关疾病的位置、范围、与周围组织的毗邻关系和血流分布情况。因此,高频超声检查对男性会阴部肌肉骨骼系统疾病诊断有重要的临床价值。
The male perineum has a complex anatomical structure and may have a variety of diseases; the first choices of imaging diagnosis of the related diseases are often traditional methods such as X-ray, CT and MRI, etc. High-frequency uhrasonography has some distinctive advantages, including non-invasive, inexpen- sive ,repeatable, real-time and dynamic observation, which not only can clearly show the normal anatomy sonograms of the male perineal muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and blood vessels, but also can clearly show the location, scope and the adjacent relationship to surrounding tissues and blood flow distribution in male perineum. Therefore, high-frequency ultrasound is of significant clinical values in the diagnosis of the male perineal musculoskeletal diseases.
