In the paper,by the new method we prove Theorem 1: Let f be a transcendental meromorphic function, let a be a nonzero finite complex number, and let n(≥2) be a positive integer, thenf+α(f')^n assumes every finite complex number infinitely ofte. FANG Ming-liang and Zalcman have proved Theorem 1 and YE Yasheng had proved the special cases of Theorem 1 ,n≥3.
