目的:探讨血必净注射液对辐射诱导小鼠造血系统损伤的影响。方法:将IC R小鼠分为对照组、照射组、血必净组。对照组接受假照射,对其余两组进行2Gy全身照射。血必净组小鼠0.4ml/kg腹腔注射,照射前3d开始给药,持续给药8d。血必净末次给药24h后处死小鼠,取外周血和单侧股骨细胞进行计数,取胸腺和脾脏计算脏器指数,检测骨髓细胞CFU-GM 。结果:与对照组比较,照射组小鼠外周血白细胞和骨髓有核细胞计数、胸腺和脾脏指数、CFU-GM 均明显下降(P<0.05),而血必净组小鼠除胸腺指数外也均显著下降(P<0.05)。与照射组相比,血必净组小鼠外周血白细胞、胸腺指数及CFU-GM 有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液对辐射引起的造血系统损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Xuebijing Injection on the hematopoietic system in the ra-diated mice .Methods :ICR mice were divided into control group ,irradiated group ,Xuebijing group .The control group received sham irradiation ,and the rest accept 2Gy total body irradiation .Xuebijing was intraperitoneally injec-ted 0 .4ml/kg before irradiation 3 d and continued 8 days .After 2Gy irradiation 6 day ,the peripheral bloods and bone marrow nucleated cell were counted ,the immune organ index and CFU-GM were detected .Results :Compared to the control group ,the peripheral white bloods cells(WBC) and bone marrow nucleated cells(BMNC) count ,im-mune organ index and CFU-GM of mice in irradiated group decreased significantly (P〈0 .05) .The WBC count ,thy-mus index and CFU-GM were enhanced significantly compared to irradiation group (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion :The Xue-bijing Injection shows protective effects on the radiation-induced hematopoietic damage .
