Let H be a Hopf π-coalgebra. By introducing the notion of π-tensor product of π-H- comodules, this paper obtains that it is still a π-H-comodule. It also discusses the dual of a π-H- comodule algebra A for local finite dimensional H and A, and gets necessary and sufficient conditions for a π-H-comodule algebra.
