The paper deeply investigates the traditional Chinese medical service quantity and service income in basic health institutions in Midwest China.It is found that traditional Chinese medical service quantity and income is too low.Based on analysis of the cause,combining with the background of medical reform,the author puts forward some policy suggestions for traditional Chinese medicine development under new medical reform.
