This paper centers on Max Scheler＇s masterpiece Der Formallsmus in der Ethik und die Materiale Wertethik. Through analyzing the value meaning of his ＂ material a priori＂ , especially the theoretical basis of his phenomenology, it intends to reveal Scheler＇s complex relation with Kant and Husserl.
