目的研究紫背金盘水提物和醇提物的解热作用。方法采用皮下注射干酵母溶液致大鼠发热模型,从肛门测量体温,观察紫背金盘水提物和醇提物对发热大鼠解热作用。结果紫背金盘水提物和醇提物均能抑制酵母菌致热大鼠的发热趋势。其药剂是解热作用比阿斯匹林强,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论紫背金盘水提物解热作用效果更明显。
英文摘要：
Objective To study the antipyretic effect comparatively between aqueous and ethanol extracts of Ajugae nipponensis Makino.Methods The model of fevered rats was induced by injecting Yeast in the skin.The difference between aqueous and ethanol extracts was detected with anus temperature.Results Both aqueous and ethanol extracts were effective in antipyretic effect to fevered rats.Conclusion Aqueous extract is more obvious（P〈0.01）.
