以中色非洲矿业有限公司下属谦比西铜矿为研究对象,针对其岩体松散破碎的特点及当前支护方式存在的问题,提出采用“机械化湿喷混凝土+树脂锚杆”联合支护技术,基于支护机理及普氏压力拱理论,进行了支护参数的优化设计。采用凿岩台车进行树脂锚杆的机械化安装,优化了支护作业流程,实现了巷道的快速掘支。应用表明:“湿喷+树脂锚杆”联合支护技术有效保证了巷道的稳定性,巷道返修率从20%降低至3%,对减少采矿综合成本具有重要意义。
Took Chambishi Copper Mine of African-Minerals Co. , Ltd of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co. , Ltd as the study object, aimed at the loose and fractured characterstics of its rock and problems existing in current support mode, "mechanization of wet shotcrete plus resin bolt" com- bined support technology was proposed to adopt, optimal design of support parameters was done based on support mechanism and compressive arch theory. Mechanized installation of resin bolt was done by adopt- ed drilling jumbo, support work flow was optimized and fast driving of laneway realized. Application indi- cated, "mechanization of wet shotcrete plus resin bolt" combined support technology guaranteed the sta- bility of laneway effectively, repair rate of laneway decreased from 20% to 3%, had important signifi- cance for reduction of comprehensive cost of mining.
