根据酸浸前后铜矿石颗粒间结构的几何差异,讨论了矿石颗粒群酸浸过程中细观结构的变化,分析了细观结构参数变化规律及收缩变形机制。结果表明,颗粒群柱浸后的收缩变形是浸出过程中颗粒形态、孔隙及连接形式等细观结构参数相互关联变化的结果,这些变化是在多次自组织过程中完成的;当某一特征参数的改变起主导作用时,整个颗粒群细观结构也随之作出响应,最后导致铜浸出率发生变化。
Based on the geometric difference of intergranular structure before and after leaching by sulfuric acid,the mesoscopic structure changes of particle swarm was studied.The development regular of mesoscopic structure parameters and mesoscopic mechanism of shrinkage deformation were discussed.The results show that during leaching,shrinkage deformation of particle swarm is the result as combined change within particle morphology,porosity and connection form and so on.The changes are realized by more than once self-organize process.When one of the characteristic parameters changes,mesoscopic structure of partial swarm will also change,which will lead to the change of metal leaching rate.
