基于变水头法,针对在电场作用下尾矿渗流体系的渗透性进行柱浸试验研究,研究电场作用下体系渗透效果的改善情况,考察电压与渗透系数变化的关系;通过施加脉冲电压进行渗流试验,研究电场对改善体系渗透效果的作用规律。研究结果表明:电场改变了体系双电层结构以及某些“盲区”结构,有利于渗流;电场促使离子加速运移带动渗流加速,电压越高,渗流速度越快,体系的渗透系数越大;电场作用过程中产生的气体积压在体系内部对渗流产生严重的影响;与加电前体系的渗透系数进行对比,在断电稳定后体系的渗透系数有很大提高,电渗固结作用改变了体系内部结构并在断电后被保持,渗透效果提高。
Based on varying-head, the column leaching experiment was carried out to study the permeability of tailings seepage system in the electric field, the effect of electric field on improving permeability was examined and the relationship between voltage and permeability coefficient was analyzed. The mechanism of electric field influence the permeability was acquired through the infiltration experiment at the pulse voltage. The results show that the electric double layer is changed, the seepage channel is improved in the electric field, and the permeability is improved; the ion migration and seepage are accelerated with the effect of electric field, the higher voltage, the better permeability; the gas produced during electro-osmosis process has negative effect on improving permeability; the effect of electro-osmosis consolidation influences the internal structure, and the system has a better permeability after power turn-off compared to those which have not received the effect of electric field.
