一般认为深锥浓密机不具备储矿功能,但对于用于充填的深锥,由于充填作业的间断性,其必须具备一定的储矿功能。不同功能的深锥浓密机对应着不同的泥层高度,因此,有必要分析深锥内部泥层高度的变化规律。针对具有储矿功能的深锥浓密机,建立了计算泥层高度的数学模型。以某矿浓密机设计为例,分析验证了所建立的数学模型。计算结果显示:对于不具备储矿功能的深锥,泥层高度维持在4.55m;对于充填和堆存联合处置的深锥,泥层高度最大值提高了1.22m;对于充填的间断排料方式,泥层最大高度提高了4.11m。此外,由于泥层最大高度的增大,耙子驱动功率也相应增大。
The deep-cone thickener was generally believed without ore-contained function.However,the thickener which was used for backfilling must require a certain orecontained function as backfilling discontinuity.The deepcone thickeners with different functions corresponded to different heights of mud bed,so it was necessary to analyze the height variation of mud bed.Aiming at the deep-cone thickener with ore-contained function,the mathematical model was built to calculate the height of mud bed.Taking a thickener design in a mine for an example,the related mathematical model was analyzed and verified.The results showed that the mud bed height kept on 4.55 mfor the deep-cone thickener without ore-contained function,while the maximum height of mud bed increased 1.22 mfor the deep-cone thickener with combining function of backfilling and piling disposal,and the maximum height of mud bed increased 4.11 mfor the discontinuous nesting mode of backfilling.Besides,the driving power of pitch fork would improve with the increase of the maximum height of mud bed.
