为探明复杂氧化铜矿酸法堆浸过程中防垢剂的种类及其添加量、复配比例对改善矿堆渗透效果的影响,分别进行了单因素条件试验和复配摇瓶试验。结果表明:防垢剂质量浓度在200mg/L左右时,防垢效果最佳;结垢随浸出剂酸度的降低可以得到控制,酸度对结垢的影响大于防垢剂浓度的影响;有机膦酸类防垢剂对复配防垢剂的整体效果起主导作用;通过复配虽然不能进一步提高共聚物类防垢剂的防垢效果,但是效果较弱的有机膦酸类的防垢效果可以得到提高,提高的程度取决于复配防垢剂中共聚物类所占的比例。
Indoor flask-shaking experiments with single-factor and multi-factors had been operated to reveal the effect of factors including acidity of solution,the type of scale inhibitor,as well as its concentration on chemical scaling in heap leaching of complex copper oxidized ore.The results showed that the favorable concentration of scale inhibitor was around 200 mg/L in acidic leaching.Scaling could be lessened by decreasing solution acidity.The effect of solution acidity was greater than that of the concentration of scale inhibitor.Meanwhile,the results of compositional formulation indicated that the organic phosphate played a leader role in leaching,but anti-scaling effect of copolymer was hardly be further improved by mixing.On the other hand,as an additive with weak effect,the organic phosphate's effect can be boosted,and the degree of boast depends on the proportion of copolymer.
