就业质量标准是一个多维度的概念，在厘清毕业生就业质量标准内涵的前提下，提出标准的可操作性和指标筛选的真实性、有效性是影响毕业生就业质量标准发挥作用的主要因素。在明确其表现型标准的定位后，应构建就业条件、就业保障、就业满意度三个指标为主的标准体系。

Quality standards of employment is a multi-dimensional concept. The main factors which influence the quality standard of employment include operability, authenticity and validity. On the basis of position of Phenotype standard, three indicators of standard system were decided. It is employment conditions, job security and job satisfaction.
