社会实践作为帮助大学生全面发展的重要载体,在积极推进大学生实践育人方面,起到了重要作用。然而传统的社会实践人才培养模式已经无法满足当前大学生的发展需求,由于各方面的局限,大学生社会实践组织过程中的问题也逐渐凸显。本文以南京林业大学为例,探索其在社会实践方面实施创新人才培养模式—“订单式”社会实践,为高校创新人才培养模式构建提供参考。
Under the influence of the traditional education, practice teaching links of mechanical engineering are completed through some fixed experiments, formatting graduation design and coprse design and formal visit internship, so they can not achieved very good teaching effect. On the contrary, they allow students to generate resentment and lose confidence on the specialty. Based on the analysis of the problems in current practice teaching of mechanical specialty, the paper puts forward some feasible solutions according to teaching experience.
