随着全纳教育的发展,我国对全纳型教师的呼声越来越高,教师教育课程改革是建设全纳型教师队伍的重要环节。我国目前还没有正式出台专门的全纳型教师培养方案,也没有成套的全纳教育专业课程,普通教育教师与特殊教育教师培养计划仍处于隔离的模式,据此应该树立全纳教师的培养目标、融合地完善教师教育课程设置、建立有效的全纳课程评价体系,以满足全纳教育发展背景下师资建设对教师教育课程的需求。
With the rapid expansion of inclusive education,there are growing calls in our country for teachers who have inclusive education capabilities.Curriculum reform of teacher education will play an important role in the process of building inclusive education teaching body.Since China still has no official inclusive education teacher training policy or any set of specialized inclusive education course,professional development programs for normal education and special education are totally separated from each other.Accordingly,in order to satisfy the demand of teacher education curriculum from teaching body construction,we should set up the training objective of teachers who have inclusive teaching capabilities,perfect teacher education curriculum provision integrality,and establish effective inclusive education curriculum evaluation system.
