本文从现实出发,在分析内陆河流域城镇发展与水资源承载力关系的基础上,构建了内陆河流域城镇体系发展的水资源承载力与生态效应的总体研究框架,提出了研究目标、思路和内容。指出要以可持续发展理论为指导,以水资源为主脉,以山地-绿洲-荒漠景观格局为底质,在分析水-绿洲-城镇体系空间耦合关系的基础上,探讨干旱区内陆河流域城镇体系发展的内在机制和特殊规律;不同时空条件下水资源的人口、城镇、经济承载力,建立不同边界条件下水资源有效转移和优化配置的模拟模型;通过对城乡人口迁移过程和机理分析,产业聚集、转型分析和绿洲-荒漠景观格局分析,构建与水资源承载力相适应的城镇体系发展规模、职能状态和空间自组织结构;揭示城镇发展与环境演变协同作用下流域不同时空的生态经济效应。
Based on analyzing the relation of urban development and water resources capacity, this research set up the total research frame of urban systems and its ecosystem effect which based on the water resource capacity, put forward the target, way of thinking and contents. Guided by the sustainable development theory, taking the water resource as a tache, regarding mountainous-oasis-desert landscape structure and form as the foundation, based on analyzing for space matching relations of water-oasis-town system, the work discussed the inside mechanism and the special regulation of urban system in arid land inland river basin, and the water resource capacity in different time-space term. By analyzing the process and mechanism of rural-urban population moves, conversion and concentration of industry, oasis- desert landscape structure, the scale-system, function- structure and space-construction of urban system which to suit with the water resource capacity were set up. The ecological economic effects of the arid land inland river basin under Common action of the environment change and the urban development were revealed.
