重庆市九龙坡区杨家坪地区主要慢性病危险因素调查

目的 对重庆市九龙坡区杨家坪地区高血压和糖尿病进行现况调查分析,探讨地区中高血压和糖尿病的危险因素.方法 采取普查了解杨家坪地区居民的高血压和糖尿病人群流行状况.在普查基础上随机抽样,采用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析方法进行分析.结果 地区高血压患病率为12.9%,其中男性高血压患病率为11.0%,女性高血压患病率为14.8%,男性与女性患病率之间差异有统计学意义(x2=344.239,P<0.001).糖尿病患病率为4.5%,其中男性糖尿病患病率为3.0%,女性糖尿病患病率为6.0%,男性与女性患病率之间差异有统计学意义(x2=544.777,P<0.001).回归分析显示BMI(OR=3.865)、高血压家族史(OR =3.093)、年龄(OR =3.531)是高血压病主要危险因素,辛辣食物(OR=0.271)可能为高血压的保护因素;糖尿病家族史(OR=3.737)、BMI(OR=3.187)、年龄(OR=2.555)是糖尿病主要危险因素.结论 地区居民高血压和糖尿病患病率较高,高血压和糖尿病患病率男性与女性之间差异有统计学意义.BMI、高血压家族史、年龄是高血压病主要危险因素,辛辣食物可能为高血压的保护因素;糖尿病家族史、BMI、年龄是糖尿病主要危险因素.通过此次调查研究结果,可为杨家坪社区全科医生进行高血压和糖尿病的慢性病管理工作提供参考依据.

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the current situation of hypertension and diabetes in Yangjiaping of Jiulongpo District in Chongqing,and to explore the risk factors of hypertension and diabetes.Methods On the basis of the epidemiological survey of hypertension and diabetes in Yangjiaping,the single and unconditional multivariate Logistic regression was used.Stratified random sampling methord was adopted.Results The morbidity of regional hypertension was 12.9%,among it the male was 11.0%,and the female was 14.8%,with statistically significant difference(x2 =34,4.239,P < 0.001).The rate of diabetes was 4.5%,among it the male was 3.0%,and the female was 6.0%,with statistically significant difference (x2 =544.777,P < 0.001).The results of Logistic regression suggested that BMI(OR =3.865),family history of hypertension(OR =3.093) and age(OR =3.531) were the main risk factors for hypertension.Spicy food(OR =0.271)may be protective factor of hypertension.The family history of diabetes(OR =3.737),BMI (OR =3.187) and age (OR =2.555) were the main risk factors for diabetes.Conclusions The morbidity rates of regional hypertension and diabetes were high.There was statistically significant difference in gender.The main risk factors of hypertension were BMI,family history of hypertension and age.Spicy food may be protective factor of hypertension.The main risk factors of diabetes were family history of diabetes,BMI and age.Through the results of this current survey,it may provide reference for community general practitioners about the chronic diseases management of hypertension and diabetes.
