自制纳米TiO2与柞蚕丝素的混合溶液整理柞蚕丝绸,采用激光粒度仪测定了纳米TiO2溶胶及其柞蚕丝素整理液的粒径,利用红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜方法对整理前后的柞蚕丝结构进行了表征;对整理前后柞蚕丝绸的紫外线透过率、悬垂风格、白度、撕破强力等指标进行测定。结果表明,制备的TiO2及其柞蚕丝素整理液的平均粒径(D50)分别为1.13nm和14.2nm;经纳米TiO2/柞蚕丝素整理后,柞蚕丝纤维表面有新物质固着,表面由光滑变得粗糙,柞蚕丝纤维聚集态结构无明显变化,整理后柞蚕丝绸的抗紫外性能和悬垂风格提高,白度和强力稍有下降。
Tussah silk were treated with self-made nano-TiO2 and tussah silk fibroin mixture, the structure and properties of tussah silk fiber before and after finishing were measured. The sizes of nano-TiO2 and the nano- TiO2/fibroin mixture finishing solution were measured by laser particle analyzer, and the structure of the tussah silk fiber before and after finishing were characterized by the infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods. Furthermore, the UV resistance performance, drape style, brightness, strength and other properties of the tussah silk fabrics before and after treatment were measured. The results showed that the average particle size (D50) of nano-titanium dioxide and the compound were 1.13nm and 14.2 nm, respectively. The fiber surface became rougher when finishing with the mixture of nano-TiO2 and fibroin due to the fixation of new material, silk fiber aggregation structure did not change, The UV radiation and drape style performance of the finished tussah silk improved, while the whiteness and strength of the fabrics decreased slightly.
