为利用外源钙提高棉花抗盐性,以转基因抗虫棉凯丰16为材料,研究了CaCl2溶液浸种对盐(NaCl)胁迫下棉花种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,一定浓度CaCl2溶液浸种可提高盐胁迫下棉花种子的发芽率,增加幼苗苗高和干质量,随NaCl质量浓度增加,CaCl2的缓解效应减弱,其中以10mmol/LCaCl2最佳,在4g/LNaCl胁迫下,10mmol/LCaCl2浸种的发芽率、幼苗苗高、干质量较蒸馏水处理分别增加16.20%、16.30%、9.60%。在4g/LNaCl胁迫下,CaCl2溶液浸种的棉花幼苗MDA含量和相对电导率降低,SOD、POD活性及脯氨酸含量提高。可见,一定浓度CaCl2溶液浸种可提高棉花幼苗的抗盐能力。
To improve the salt-resistance of cotton with exogenous calcium, the cotton cultivar Kaifeng 16 was selected to explore the CaCl2 alleviating effect under saline stress(NaCl)on physiological characteristics and growth of cotton seedlings. The results showed that soaking seeds in 10 mmol/L CaCl2 could improve the seed germination ratio,the height and the dry weight of cotton seedling. Under 4 g/L NaC1 stress,the seed germination ratio, the height and the dry weight of cotton seedling in the seed soaking treatment with 10 mmol/L CaCI2 increased by 16.20%, 16.30% and 9.60% compared to the treatment with distilled water(CK) respectively. The alleviation effects were lower with the higher saline stress. At the same time,the content of MDA and the relative conductivity decreased, the proline content, SOD and POD activities increased as well. This experiment indicates that CaCl2 may help to improve seed germination and seedling growth, and enhance salt resistance ability of cotton.
