明日叶作为一种具有多种生理活性和药用价值的药食兼用蔬菜，有很大的开发潜力。本文综述了明日叶中主要活性成分的化学结构及生理活性的最新研究进展，着重讨论了查尔酮类化合物的提取方法及生理功效，并简要介绍近年已开发的明日叶相关产品。

英文摘要：

As a kind of medicinal and edible plant with a variety of physiological activity and medicinal value, Angelica keiskei has tremendous development potential. The latest research advance on chemical structures and physiological activity of the main active ingredients of Angelica keiskei are reviewed in this paper, mainly focus on the extraction methods and physiological effects of chalcones. Related products of Angelica keiskei developed in recent years are briefly introduced.
