文章主要探讨微信移动平台在“临床检验基础”课程上的应用。方法:选择该校2014级医学检验技术1班应用微信移动平台(实验对照组),2014级医学检验技术2班采用传统教学方式(传统教学组),并对两组实施效果进行分析。结果:实验对照组期末成绩优于传统教学组。能更好地理解掌握知识(P〈O.05),实践操作能力也更高(P〈O.05。结论:微信移动平台可以促进“临床检验基础”课程的学习。
This study discusses the application of WeChat mobile platform in the course of "Clinical Laboratory Foundation". Methods: Medical laboratory technology students of Grade 2014 were selected as the subjects in our study. The class 1 as the experimental group was taught through the WeChat mobile platform while the class 2 as the control group was taught through traditional teaching modes. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The students' learning ability, knowledge mastery and practical operation under the WeChat mobile platform was significantly higher than that under the traditional teaching model (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The WeChat mobile learning platform can improve student performance in the course of "Clinical Laboratory Foundation".
