文章主要探讨微信移动平台在“临床检验基础”课程上的应用。方法：选择该校2014级医学检验技术1班应用微信移动平台（实验对照组），2014级医学检验技术2班采用传统教学方式（传统教学组），并对两组实施效果进行分析。结果：实验对照组期末成绩优于传统教学组。能更好地理解掌握知识（P〈O．05），实践操作能力也更高（P〈O．05。结论：微信移动平台可以促进“临床检验基础”课程的学习。
英文摘要：
This study discusses the application of WeChat mobile platform in the course of ＂Clinical Laboratory Foundation＂. Methods： Medical laboratory technology students of Grade 2014 were selected as the subjects in our study. The class 1 as the experimental group was taught through the WeChat mobile platform while the class 2 as the control group was taught through traditional teaching modes. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The students＇ learning ability, knowledge mastery and practical operation under the WeChat mobile platform was significantly higher than that under the traditional teaching model （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The WeChat mobile learning platform can improve student performance in the course of ＂Clinical Laboratory Foundation＂.
