In this paper,a modified Leslie-Gower predator-prey model with diffusion and homogeneous Neumann boundary condition is studied. For the global asymptotic stability of the unique positive equilibrium,a sufficient condition is obtained first by the Lyapunov method,and then it is improved by the iteration method.
