The global asymptotic behavior of solutions is considered for a diffusive ratio-dependent predator-prey model with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition.A sufficient condition for the global asymptotical stability of a unique positive constant steady-state solution is given for the model by iterative technique and comparison principle.
