A sufficient condition on the global asymptotical stability of the positive constant Equilibrium solution for a predator-prey model with Holling-Tanner functional response is given by monotene iterative method. The condition is a complement of the condition obtained in 2010 by Shi et al. , they obtained the global asymptotical stability of the positive constant Equilibrium solution for this model by using Lyapunov function method.
