With the dramatic changes of global society and economy, organizations are faced with tremendous challenges and pressure. Organizational health is becoming one focus of researchers and enterprises. This paper summarizes the definitions of health and organizational health, then discusses the inventory development of and relative variables to organizational health at home and abroad, and points out the values to management practices and some directions for future study about organizational health.
