组织认同(organizational identification)在西方已成为组织行为研究的重要概念和关键变量,而我国对这一领域的研究还刚刚起步。有必要对组织认同的概念内涵进行辨析,并对组织认同的前因和结果变量以及组织认同的类型进行系统研究。还要对我国组织认同研究的初步成果进行系统回顾,并提出我国组织认同研究的发展方向。
Organizational identification is seen as a key psychological state reflecting the underlying link that exits betwecn employee and organization, potentially capable of explaining and predicting many important attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. It has been a very important mediate variable in the western organizational behavior study. However, few researches have been found in China. The paper introduces the concept, important antecedents . consequences and forms of organizational identification, reviewing the current research of organizational identification in China, and suggesting for the future researches.
