In the dramatic market competition, there is a strong need for an attention to organizational health and building healthy organization. But organizational health and employees' health are interdependent. This paper analyzes the concept of employees'health and its values to organizational heath, then suggests companies should promote employees' health not only by passive EAP and stress management, but also by proactive Integral Health Management, so called "prevention is better than cure, prevention is together with cure".
