员工工作场所偏离行为是企业管理者普遍面临的亟待解决的问题。作为近年来新兴的研究议题之一,员工工作场所偏离行为的研究无论是国外还是国内的研究仍相当缺乏。文章在对员工工作场所偏离行为和工作压力的全面、系统的文献分析的基础上,提出了一个系统的概念模型,用于探讨工作压力与员工偏离行为之关系。
Employee workplace deviance is the general problem that managers encountered and need fast to be resolved. Over the past decade, there has been an increase of attention to employee workplace deviance, but the researches of whitch are quietly scarcely. This paper develop a concept model for the relationship between job stress and employee workplace deviance, based on the overview of the theoretical and empirical literature.
