采用传统的固相烧结法制备了Pb(Sn1/3Nb2/3)O3-Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbZrO3-PbTiO3(PSN-PZN-PZT)四元系压电陶瓷,并通过添加SrCO3提高材料的性能。采用X线衍射对合成后材料的晶相进行分析,用扫描电子显微镜观察了样品表面的显微结构,并讨论了组成压电性能及温度稳定性的影响。当烧结温度为1 260℃并保温2h,且x(Sr)=0.02~0.04时,PSN-PZN-PZT系统的综合性能最佳:压电常数d33=288~291pC/N,机电耦合系数kp=53.6%~59.1%,机械品质因数Qm=1 529~1 554,TC=254~265℃。
The Pb(Sn1/3Nb2/3)O3-Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbZrO3-PbTiO3(PSN-PZN-PZT) quaternary piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid solution method,and the properties were improved by adding SrCO3.The X-ray diffraction and the scanning electronic microscope were applied to analyze phases and microstructure,respectively.The effects of the composition on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties and temperature stability of the system were also discussed.The optimum properties of PSN-PZN-PZT system ceramic were obtained with x(Sr)=0.02~0.04 at the sintering temperature of 1 260 ℃ for 2 h.The main parameters of the ceramic are as follows: d33=288~291 pC/N,kp=53.6%~59.1%,Qm=1 529~1 554 and TC=254~265 ℃.
