探讨Nb2O5掺杂对Pb1-xLax(ZryTi1-y)1-x/4O3(x=7%,0〈y〈1)(简称PLZT)压电陶瓷性能影响。通过X射线衍射及扫描电镜分析Pb1-xLax(ZryTi1-y)1-x/4O3+0.5%Nb2O5陶瓷的相组成和显微结构。结果表明:合成温度1060℃时,可以得到钙钛矿结构。随着Nb2O5掺杂量的增大,四方相的含量减少,准同型相界向三方相移动。掺杂Nb2O5的质量分数为0.5%,Zr/Ti=57.5/42.5时,得到的压电陶瓷介电、压电性能最优,ε^T33/ε0=3100,tanδ=1.96%,d33=550PC/N,Kp=0.67。
The effects of Nb2O5 on the properties of lead antimony-manganese zirconate titanate Pb1-xLax(ZryTi1-y)1-x/4O3 ceramics were studied, and the phase and microstructure were investigated by XRD, and SEM. Pure perovskitic structure was obtained by calcinated at 1060℃. A higher Nb content in the ceramics increased the amount of rhombohedral phases and the morphotropic phase boundary shifted towards the rhombohedral phase. The ceramics of Nb2O5 0.5wt.% and Zr/Ti of 57.5/42.4 have the relative dielectric constantε^T33/ε0 of 3100, dielectric loss tanδ of 1.96%, piezoelectric constant d33 of 550pC/N and the planar coupling factor Kp of 0.67.
