采用传统固相法制备了Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.05(Ni2/3W1/3)x(Zr0.495Ti0.505)0.950xO3(PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT)四系压电陶瓷,研究了NiW含量对PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT体系的相组成、微观结构、机电性能、温度稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着NiW量的增加,物相中四方相含量逐渐减少,三方相含量逐渐增大;适量的掺杂使PMSZT频移变小;机电耦合系数Kp,K31的温度稳定性得到改善;并且提高了体系的机电性能。
Quaternary system piezoelectric ceramics Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.05(Ni2/3W1/3)x(Zr0.495Ti0.505)0.95-xO3(PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT) were prepared by using solid reaction process. The effects of NiW contents on the crystallographic phase, microstructure, electromechanical properties and temperature stability of PMS-PNW-PZT materials were studied. Results showed that the amount of rhombohedral phases increased and tetragonal phase decreased with increasing of NiW additives. The proper dopants could not only improve the temperature stability of electromechanical coupling coefficient and resonance frequency, but also optimize piezoelectric properties of the system.
