以可溶性淀粉为原料,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了CSM(交联淀粉微球)。研究了CSM对苯胺的静态吸附行为,分析了其吸附热力学和动力学特性,测定了不同温度时的吸附等温线,并探讨了吸附机制。结果表明:在研究范围内,CSM对苯胺的吸附在60min以后达到平衡,其饱和吸附量为4.62mmol/g,并且其吸附行为同时符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程;CSM对苯胺的吸附是一个自发、放热、焓推动的物理吸附为主的过程。
With soluble starch as raw material, N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide (MBAA) as cross linker, the CSM (crosslinked starch microspheres) was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization. The static adsorption behavior of CSM on aniline was investigated,and its thermodynamic and kinetic adsorption characteristics were analysed,the adsorption isotherms were mensurated at different temperatures,and the adsorption mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that within the scope of the study,the adsorption balance of CSM on aniline was achieved after 60 min,its maximum adsorption capacity was 4.62 mmol/g,and its adsorption behavior could meet equation of Langmuir and Freundlich. The adsorption of CSM on aniline is a spontaneous ,thermopositive and enthalpy-impeling process with physical adsorption as main.
