传统Boost变换器存在电压增益低、开关器件电压应力高和电感电流纹波大等问题,为了解决这些问题,设计一种具有开关电容/电感的改进型交错并联高增益Boost变换器。该变换器用两个开关电容/电感分别代替储能电感L1、L2,并对开关电感进行耦合集成;再加入一个电容C3,既可提高电压增益又能降低开关管电压应力;分析了变换器的工作原理,推导了电压增益公式;分析了开关管电压应力和电感电流纹波,给出了耦合电感设计方案。理论分析和实验表明该变换器具有以下优点:电压增益提高,尤其在占空比D〉0.5时,是传统Boost变换器的4倍;对电感的耦合集成不仅减小了磁件体积,降低磁元件损耗,而且使电感电流纹波减小近一半;开关管电压应力减小,在占空比D〉0.5时,开关管的电压应力是输出电压的一半。
There are some problems in traditional Boost converter, such as low voltage gain, high voltage stress of switching device, high current ripple of the inductor and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper presented an improved high step-up interleaved Boost converter. Firstly, this paper used two switched capacitor/coupled inductor to replace the storage inductor L 1、L 2 and added a capacitor C3 to increase the voltage gain and reduce voltage stress of switching device. Secondly, this paper analysed the working principle and voltage gain expression of the proposed converter. Thirdly, this paper analysed voltage stresses of the switched device and the size of inductor current ripple. and presented the coupled inductor design. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the presented converter has the following advantages, the voltage gain is 4 times of the traditional Boost converter when the duty cycle D〉0.5, the coupling inductor reduces not only the volume and losses of the magnetic component, but also the inductor current ripple by nearly half, and the voltage stress of the switched device reduces half when the duty cycle D〉0.5.
