提高双向DC/DC变换器的轻载效率是一项具有挑战性的任务,通道数控制可以完成这一任务。将四通道DC/DC变换器的一、三相,二、四相电感进行集成,结合移相控制,提出磁集成通道数控制方案。同时.通过分析输出电压纹波,对输出滤波电容进行优化,来抑制因减少通道数引起的电压纹波增大。实验结果表明,使用集成了耦合电感的通道数控制方案简单易行,可以更有效地提高变换器的轻载效率。
It's a difficult task to improve the light load efficiency of bidirectional DC/DC converter. In order to fulfill this task, the control strategy of active channels has been used. Combine with phase-shifted control method, this paper studied a magnetic control strategy of active channels in 4-phase DC/DC converter, of which integrated 1 st, 3rd phase and 2nd, 4th phase to two coupled indueturs. Also, optimize the output filter capacitor through analyzing the output voltage ripple to restrain which increase caused by reducing the channel number. Experimental results show that it's a simple and practicable way to raise the light load efficiency more effective by using the control strategy of active channels with coupled inductors.
