滤波电感集成是减小EMI滤波器体积的重要方法之一。在此提出了一种双磁芯差共模电感集成的EMI滤波器结构,分析了共模与差模电感的集成原理,利用磁路分析推导了集成共模与差模电感计算公式,给出了差共模集成电感的设计方法,并分析了磁芯磁阻不平衡对差共模电感的影响,给出了磁阻不平衡应满足的范围。利用二端口模型建立了差共模电感二端口等效电路,并利用A参数矩阵推导了集成EMI滤波器插入损耗。利用有限元分析提取了差共模电感的高频参数,并与实验样机测试结果进行了对比,结果表明有限元分析法获取的参数可以用于理论分析。利用频谱分析仪测试了集成EMI滤波器样机插入损耗测试曲线,测试曲线与计算和仿真曲线对比结果表明,二端口建模理论分析的正确性与二端口等效电路的准确性。
One of the important ways to lower the volume of EMI filter is filter inductance integration.This paper proposes a EMI filter structure integrated by dual core common-mode inductance,analyzing the integration principle of inductance in the common mode and differential mode.Through the magnetic circuit analysis formulas of common mode and differential mode inductance integrated are deduced.The design method of integration inductance in the common mode and differential mode is given.And the article analyzes the effect of the core magnetic resistance unbalance on Poor common-mode inductance,drawing a scope magnetic resistance unbalance should satisfied.Two port equivalent circuit of Poor common-mode inductance is established based on two-port model.The insertion loss of EMI filter integrated is deduced using a parameter matrix.Using the finite element analysis to extract parameters in high frequency of the common-mode inductance,comparing results with the experimental prototype.The results show that parameters obtained through the method of finite element analysis are applied to theoretical analysis.The insertion loss curve of EMI filter integrated prototype is tested by spectrum analyzer,comparing it with the calculation and simulation curve,drawing a conclusion that the theoretical analysis of the two port modeling is of correctness and two port equivalent circuit is accurate.
