针对含中继线圈的无线电能传输系统可能遇到金属障碍物的情况,采用有限元方法进行仿真分析并实验验证。简要介绍了含中继线圈下的磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输的电路模型。通过建立模型,设计谐振系统各项参数并引入金属障碍物进行仿真。通过搭建实验平台对仿真的结果进行验证。分析了金属障碍物对于系统中各线圈的影响强度。仿真与实验结果得出,在含中继线圈的无线电能传输系统中,金属障碍物的设置对发射、中继和接收线圈影响不同。得出金属障碍物的加入对于含中继线圈的无线电能传输系统的影响,并总结出金属障碍物的最优放置的最优位置。
Finite element analysis was employed and verified by the experiment aiming to the situation that metal obstacles may be encountered in the wireless power transfer system with relay coil. The circuit model of the system was introduced briefly. The simulation was carried out through the establishment of the simulation model, the design of the parameters in the system and the introduction of the metal obstacle. The results of the simulation were demon- strated by the experiment. The impact of the metal obstacle set on different coil Was analyzed by the simulation. The simulation and experiment resuhs show that the metal obstacle set on system has different effects on transmitter, re- ceiver and relay coil. The paper verified the impact of metal obstacle in the wireless power transmission with relay coil. The optimal spot for the metal obstacle to set was found.
