针对超级电容串联应用中的问题.介绍了一种首尾次序耦合阵列磁集成正激变换器的超级电容均压电路;分析了电路均压原理和均压影响因素,该均压电路利用变换器次级绕组的次序耦合,实现超级电容单体的电压均衡;利用次序耦合绕组减小了由于变压器单元漏感误差而导致的超级电容单体电压不平衡;给出了变换器占空比与变压器单元绕组匝数关系,同时给出了变压器设计方法;通过电路仿真给出了抑制绕组电压尖峰的方法;仿真与实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了该均衡电路具有优良的均压性能。
According to the problems existing in the supercapacitors in series, a voltage balance circuit for supercapacitors is presented in forward converter based on sequence coupling array integrated magnetic method.The voltage balance theory and the factors affecting voltage balance circuit are analyzed.Sequence coupling method is used in secondary windings of converter to achieve voltage balance of monomer, which can reduce voltage unbalance caused by leakage error in transformer.The relationship between converter duty cycle and transformer winding tunas is proposed, and a design method of transformer is presented.A method of winding-voltage-spike suppression is presented by circuit simulation.The correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation and experimental results, which demonstrate the circuit's excellent performance in voltage balance between monomers.
