以三通道Buck+Boost交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器(BDC)为例,分析了三相电感全部进行反向耦合且占空比在0~1的范围内变化时,变换器在Buck模式下的工作模态及其等效电感,进而推导出稳态电流纹波、暂态电流响应速度与占空比和电感耦合系数之间的关系。最后,得出耦合电感的优化设计方法。通过实验和仿真验证了电感优化设计理论的正确性。
The working mode and equivalent inductance of the three-phase Buck+Boost interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter(BDC) are studied when its duty circle is changed from 0-1, under Buck mode.The relationship among equivalent inductance, steady state current ripple, transient current response speed, duty cycle and coupling coefficient is studied deeply.At last,the optimal design formula is given.The theory is verified by simulation and experiment.
