在采用四相交错并联双向DC/DC变换器(BDC)拓扑的基础上,将变换器的4个分立电感磁集成为两个反向耦合电感,以减小开关器件及电感器的电流幅值和纹波,从而减小有源和无源损耗,消除局部过热点;分析了变换器的开关损耗和耦合电感损耗,提出了变换器的工作相数控制方法。实验验证了交错并联磁集成BDC损耗计算公式的正确性及工作相数控制方法的有效性。
Based on four-phase bidirectional DC/DC converter(BDC),four separated inductors are integrated to two re- verse coupled inductors to reduce switch tube and inductance's current amplitude and ripple for decreasing active and passive elements eliminate part of hot spot.Switch tube loss and coupled inductor loss are analyzed and active phases control strategy is proposed.The correctness of interleaving magnetic integration BDC loss formula, the effec- tiveness of phase control method are verified by experimental results.
