针对超级电容器组的单体电压不均衡会造成单体使用寿命缩短、储能密度降低以及系统可靠性下降的问题,介绍了反激变换器次序耦合控制的超级电容均压电路,该电路采用基本的反激变换器,利用多个反激变压单元实现多路输出次序耦合达到超级电容单体电压均衡的目的,同时均衡电路不需要检测电路和电压比较电路,降低了电路结构的复杂性。分析了均衡电路的工作原理,推导了电压均衡方程,确定了变压器的变比,最后对四个超级电容组成的串联系统进行了实验验证,结果验证了该系统具有良好的均压效果。
The lifetime of supercapacitor was shortened for voltage imbalance of supercapacitors, and the energy density was reduced, the reliability of the energy storage system was decreased. Based on the method of fly-back converter,a novel voltage equilibrium circuit was proposed,which took basic fly-back converter. In order to achieve the purpose of super capacitor voltage balancing, multiple fly-back transformers were used to achieve multi output?order coupling. At the same time, the circuit didn’t need detection circuit and voltage comparison circuit, which significantly reduced the complexity of the system. In addition, the entire electric circuit operational principle was?analyzed,voltage balance equations were derived and the ratio of the transformer was determined. Experiment was made with four series-connected supercapacitors, the experimental results validate the above analysis that the proposed circuit is characterized with perfect voltage balancing effect.
