提出一种电流源型智能化抗电磁干扰(EMI)的有源中压栅极驱动电路,该驱动电路采用传统驱动芯片集成设计而来,不仅可提供先进的栅极驱动,且具备隔离保护和状态监测功能。采用15kV中压SiC绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)器件设计双脉冲测试平台进行对比传统电压源型驱动的实验,测试结果显示所提电流源型驱动在有效降低损耗的情况下,兼顾改善电流变化率,并具备快速关断和降低保护响应时间的优势。
This thesis prompts an active medium voltage gate driven circuit of current-source intelligence electro- magnetic interference(EMI).Such driven circuit,which is integrated and designed by traditional driven chip, can pro- vide advanced grid driven and possess the functions of insulation blocking and condition monitoring. 15 kV medium voltage SiC insulated gated bipolar transistor(IGBT) device is employed to design dipulse test platform for experiment and the traditional voltage source driven experiment is compared.The results show that the current source driven designed by this thesis can facilitate the strengthening of current change rate without loss increasing, and has the advantages of fast shutdown and protection response time shortening.
