现有的关于双向DC/DC变换器的研究大多是分析在continuous current mode (CCM)的工作模式,而双向DC/DC变换器的discontinuous current mode (DCM)的工作模式少有人研究.然而,DCM模式被广泛应用在双向DC/DC变换器中,而且轻载时变换器的效率对延长装置的使用寿命至关重要.详细分析了双向DC/DC变换器Buck工作模态的DCM工作模式,此分析方法也可以扩展到N相双向DC/DC变换器.控制脉冲由TMS320F2812产生,闭环控制采用误差动作影响小、增量式与最近采样值无关和进行切换时,冲击较小的增量式PI算法,这样可以使输出电压和电流更加稳定.通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性.
The continuous current mode (CCM) operation of the bidirectional DC/DC converter was the main study point. But the discontinuous current mode (DCM) operation of the bidirectional DC/DC converter was seldom studied. However, DCM was widely used in bidirectional DC/DC converter and its efficiency was crucial to this device. The DCM mode of the bidirectional DC/DC converter was deeply analyzed. This method could also be applied to the N-phase converter with coupled inductors. Control signal was given by TMS320F2812, and the little increment PI method was impacted. Then the output voltage was lower and steadier. Finally, the theory was verified by the simulating and experiment.
