为了适应多相交错并联磁耦合变换器对耦合电感的要求、降低磁件对其他元器件的电磁干扰,本文提出了一种适用于三相交错并联磁耦合变换器的“UⅢ”形并且可以改变耦合度的无气隙耦合电感结构。分析了其改变电感耦合度的原理,给出了相关磁芯设计的数学表达式,并通过有限元仿真和实验验证了所提“UⅢ”形耦合电感结构的有效性及其磁路模型的可行性。
In order to meet the requirements of the multi-phase interleaved magnetic integrated converter to the coupled inductor and to reduce the electromagnetic interference of the magnetic materials on other devices, the paper proposed a structure of coupled inductor with UIII shaped magnetic core and without air gap, which has variable coupling degree and is applicable for three phase interleaved magnetic integrated converter. The paper analyses the principle of variable coupling degree, gives the expressions for the design of magnetic core, and verifies the effectiveness of the structure of the UIII-shaped coupled inductor and the feasibility of the magnetic circuit model by FEA simulation and experiments.
