首先对多相交错并联磁耦合双向Boost-Buck变换器进行耦合电感的优化设计研究.推导出耦合电感通用设计准则,然后以两相Boost-Buck变换器Boost工作模态为例,采用小信号建模方式推演出状态变量到控制变量的传递函数,根据两相交错并联磁耦合Boost变换器的开环特性,设计出相应的补偿网络,提出基于改进电流内环控制策略的优化多项式控制理论.并设计出优化多项式控制器对系统参数加以优化整定.最后通过仿真和实验,证明所提控制策略较之传统控制方式提高了系统的稳态性能和动态特性,同时采用磁耦合电感设计有效改善输出相电流纹波峰值.提高了变换器转换效率。
The coupled inductor optimization study of muhiphase interleaved magnetic coupled bi-directional Boost-Buck converter is designed and the universal design principle of coupled inductor is deduced.At first,the Boost mode of two-phase Boost-Buck converter is set as an example, the transfer function is deduced from state variables to control variables by using small signal modeling.Then according to open-loop characteristic of two-phase interleaved magnetic coupled Boost converter, the compensation network is designed, the optimization polynomial control theory of improved current inner-loop is proposed and the optimization polynomial sytem parameters to optimize the control tuning is de- signed.Finally, the simulation and experiment show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the proposed strategy are improved which compared with traditional strategy.While the magnetic coupled inductor is used to reduce the out- put phase current ripple and the conversion efficiency of the converter is improved.
